肛门后切术在先天性低位肛门畸形中的应用

摘要

58 patients underwent cutback operation for low anal malformations.40 of them were followed up.Almost all of them have a normal continence after the operation.This procedure is less damaging and leaves fewer complications such as incontinence,Tecurrence of the fistula and retraction of the rectal stumps.It is a simple and successful method to be recommended.%作者报告采用Stephens肛门后切术治疗58例先天性低位肛门畸形.其中,术后随访40例,均能正常控制排便,显示有良好的肛门功能.此术式手术简单,操作时间短,刨伤小,出血少,不损伤耻骨直肠肌,未见瘘管复发、直肠回缩等并发症.
