恶性肿瘤患儿血清β_2-微球蛋白的测定

摘要

The level of serum β_2-microglobulin was determined by radioimmunoassay in 28 children with malignant tumor,15 with benign tumor and 57 normal children as control.The results showed that the level of serum β_2-microglobulin in the malignant group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups;the level of β_2-microglobulin was high in 57.14% of the malignant group and in 10.7% of the benign group.It indicated an unfavorable prognosis that the serum β_2-microglobulin was higher than 3.0 mg/ L preoperatively.Therefore,this method is valuable for the diagnosis and the prognosis in children with malignant tumor.%采用放射免疫分析法对28例恶性肿瘤、15例良性肿瘤和57例正常小儿血清β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-M)进行测定.结果恶性肿瘤组β_2-M明显高于其他两组,P值分别小于0.05和0.002;高β_2-M率恶性肿瘤组为57.4%,良性肿瘤组为10.7%;术前血清β_2-M高于3.0 mg/L,提示可能短期复发,预后不良.因此,测定血清β_2-M对小儿恶性实体肿瘤的诊断及预后估计有参考价值.
