影响肾母细胞瘤预后的Cox模型分析

摘要

Twenty-nine factors related to wilms' tumor(WT) were collected from 67 children with WT. These factors were analysed by the Cox regression model and BMDP software. These factors included：epidemiology，morphology，clinical staging，laboratory tests，treatment and so on. In single factor analysis，8 factors including：hematuria，clinical staging，histological typing，cell differentiation，capsular infiltration，tumor thrombus，lymph node metastasis and treatment methods were important in the prognosis of WT. In multiple factor analysis，3 factors including：clinical staging，cell differentiation and treatment methods，were important in the prognosis of WT.%对12年收治的资料完整的小儿肾母细胞瘤(WT)67例统一进行形态学分类,统计流行病学、形态学、临床症状、实验室检查、治疗等29个与WT有关的因素并输入CECox模型分析,结果有8个单因素,即分型、分化、肿瘤包膜浸润、血管瘤栓、淋巴结转移、治疗方式等与WT预后有关.多因素Cox模型分析结果:临床分期、组织分化、治疗方式三个因素与WT预后有关.讨论Cox模型在预后分析应用中的特点,多因素相互间的内在联系、互相制约的关系,以正确认识并指导临床.
