全胃移植治疗小儿食管瘢痕性狭窄六例

摘要

This article presents the operation of thoracic transplantation of stomach in the treatment of six children with cicatricial stricture of esophagus. Age ranged from 4 to 9years. The shortest time between the esophageal burn and the operation was one month and the longest was 10months. There was no postoperative complication. Whole stomach transplantation in the esophageal bed and a cervical gastroesophageal anastomosis in the treatment of cicatracial stricture of esophagus in chileren had its obvious advantages. It reconstrcted the continuity of the digestive tract and eradicated the damaged esophagus to prevent the development of mucous cyst, cancer, or inflammatory granulation in mediastinum.%介绍6例全胃移植治疗小儿食管瘢痕性狭窄的手术及经验.6例均为男性,年龄4～9岁.食管烧伤至手术的最短时间1个月,最长10个月.全组尢手术并发症.作者认为:选用全胃作食管床移植胃食管颈部吻合术治疗小儿食管瘢痕性狭窄,可以更直接地恢复消化道的连续性,同时可切除病变食管,防止远期发生粘液性囊肿、癌变及炎性肉芽肿.
