A method for treating complicated cicatricial strictures of the esophagus in patients with systemic scleroderma and after radiation therapy, comprising aseries of esophageal bouginage sessions on the background of antireflux therapy, and 2-3 days to bouginage and between bouginage sessions the therapy is supplemented by preparations:- Lidaza 64 units p/w 1-2 times a day;- Prednisolone 0.025 mg 2 times a day;- Indomethacin 0.025 mg 2 times a day;- Pentoxifylline 2% 5 ml/day;- Kvamatel 40 mg 2 times a day.taking during 6-8 bouginage sessions.
