小儿尿道重复畸形

摘要

From 1980 to 1993,10 children (9 boys and 1girl)with urethal duplication were operated.Their ages ranged from 36 hours to 11 years.The urethral openings arranged sagittally in 8 cases and collaterally in 2 cases.The symptons included double urinary streams,unrinary incontience,dysuria,and infection of urethral tracts.For anatomical diagnosis,a voiding cystourethrogram and an individual retrograde urethrogram should be done.The surgical approach would be different as the type of the anomalies. The symptomatology,the diagnosis,the types,and the treatment of this anomaly were discussed.%1980～1993年,收治重复尿道畸形10例.男9例,女1例.尿道呈前后排列8例,左右排列2例.5例行重复尿道矫治术,4例就合并畸形或合并症行矫治术,1例未治疗.对重复尿道畸形的症状、诊断、分型、治疗等进行了讨论.
