To discuss the basic technique,principles of C-D instrumentation,and to present the experiences of its application,34 cases(male 11,female 23)with scoliosis were reviewed.Those with a diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis were 25,congenital 7 and sequela of poliomyelitis 2.Cobb's angles in this series ranged.40-130°with a mean of 72.8°.Correction rate in this series was 60.3%and the Cobb's angle reduced down to 28.9°on average.All but two cases ambulated within 12 days after operation.There were two complications including one immediate paralysis and recovered spontaneously in 6 months;another respiratory failure happened a week after surgery and cured in intensive care.C-D instrument is an advanced device which provides a three dimension correction and a reliable fixation,enabling the patient to ambulate earlier after surgery.%为了提高脊柱侧凸的疗效,应用C-D器械治疗34例脊柱侧凸.34例中男11例,女23例.特发性脊柱侧凸25例,先天性7例,小儿麻痹后遗症2例.术前Cobb角为40~130°,平均72.8°.手术矫正后Cobb角平均28.9°,下降了43.9°,矫正率60.3%.严重并发症1例为术后瘫痪,6个月后基本康复;另1例为术后1周出现急性呼吸道感染合并衰竭,经抢救痊愈;余患儿术后12天内均下床活动.C-D器械能提供三维矫正,具有优良的反旋转作用和可靠的固定,脊柱融合节段少,患儿能早期下床等优点,值得推广应用.
