选择性神经根阻滞联合皮内臭氧注射治疗疱疹后神经痛的近期临床观察

Objective: To evaluate the effect of selective never root block combined with intradermic ozone injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods: Sixty patients with PHN were randomly divided into four groups, group A ( n = 15 ): give drug therapy; group B ( n = 15 ): give drug therapy and selective never root block; group C ( n = 15 ): give drug therapy and intradermic ozone injection; group D (n = 15): give drug therapy, selective never root block and intradermic ozone injection.The visual analogue scale were observed before treatment and after treatment. Results: The VAS of group B, C, D decreased significantly than group A ( P ＜ 0.05 ), and the VAS of group D decreased more obviously compared with group B, C ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion: Selective never root block combined with intradermic ozone injection are effective for postherpetic neuralgia.%目的:观察选择性神经根阻滞联合局部皮内臭氧注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法:60名带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分成四组,A组(n=15):单纯药物治疗;B组(n=15):药物联合选择性神经根阻滞治疗;C组(n=15):药物联合局部皮内臭氧注射治疗;D组(n=15):同时给予药物治疗、选择性神经根阻滞及局部皮内臭氧注射治疗.观察治疗前以及治疗后不同时期疼痛程度变化,以视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定治疗效果.结果:治疗后,B,C,D组VAS评分均低于A组(P<0.05),且D组VAS评分明显低于B,C组(P<0.05).结论:采用选择性神经根阻滞联合局部皮内臭氧注射,辅以常规药物,能够迅速缓解疼痛,是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法.
