Objective: To establish an assessment index system of normative cancer pain diagnosis and rntreatment, provide theoretical basis for evaluating cancer pain diagnosis and treatment. Methods: We rndesigned a set of initial assessment indicators through literature review, panel discussions and typical rninvestigation. The suitable indicators were selected and weights were also calculated according to the rnimportance recognized by the experts through a two-round Delphi method. Results: The response rates of rnthe two rounds Delphi consultation were 96.97% and 100%. The average coefficient of experts' authorities rnwas 0.82 ± 0.05. Kendall's coefficients were 0.224 (x2 = 617.1, P ＜ 0.05) and 0.391(x2= 926.8, P ＜ 0.05).rnThe opinions among the experts became consistent from the first round to the second round. The final rnindex system was established with 4 first-class indicators, 9 second-class indicators and 75 third-class rnindicators. The weights of the indicators were also calculated. Conclusion: The establishment of index rnsystem helps developing and assessing normative cancer pain diagnosis and treatment, it is valuable for rnpractical application.%目的:构建癌痛规范化诊疗的评估指标体系,为综合量化评估癌痛规范化诊疗提供理论支持.方法:通过文献评阅、专题小组讨论、典型调查设计初步指标,进行2轮德尔菲( Delphi)专家咨询法,依据指标重要性得分筛选指标,并确定其权重.结果:Delphi法2轮咨询的专家应答率分别为96.97％和100％；平均权威系数为0.82±0.05;协调系数分别为0.224和0.391,经x2检验差异具有统计学意义,且系数第2轮大于第1轮,专家意见趋于一致；最终确定癌痛规范化诊疗的评估指标体系包括一级指标4个,二级指标9个和三级指标75个,并确立了各指标权重.结论:建立癌痛规范化诊疗的评价指标体系为进一步开展及评估癌痛的规范化诊疗奠定了基础,具有较好的实用价值.
