视神经脊髓炎合并双眼失明1例

The optic nerve myelitis(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)is a relatively common disease.Its pathogenesis is closely related to the immune system.It is difficult to cure and can alleviate illness.So early treatment can keep some vision and visual function to the greatest extent.It fren recurrent,long term hormone and suppress the immune drugs to control the condition are very necessary.%视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)是一种较常见的疾病,其发病与免疫系统密切相关,一旦发病,很难做到治愈,只能缓解病情,尽早治疗可最大程度保留部分视力及视功能,易反复发作,需要长期激素及抑制免疫药物来控制病情.
