Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingkailing injection on chronic rhinitis in the way of steam inhalation and to investigate its possible therapeutic mechanism on this lesion based on a clinical trial. Method Included in this study were 169 cases suffering from chronic rhinitis, randomly divided into two groups, with 85 in treatment group (TG) treated by Qingkailing injection steam inhalation, and the other 84 in control group (CG) treated by dexamethasone and a-chymotrypsin in the same way. Then, a comparative analysis was made on the therapeutic difference between these two groups. Results The total effective rate of TG was 75.29%, significantly higher than that of 60.71% in CG, (P<0.05). Conclusions Qingkailing injection, when used in the way of steam inhalation, is very effective for the treatment of chronic rhinitis, with such advantages as rapidly brying about therapeutic effect and convenience in practic usage. Therefore, this therapy is worthfull to be promoted into clinical practice.%目的 观察清开灵注射液雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 169例慢性鼻炎患者,随机分为两组.治疗组85例,用清开灵雾化吸入;对照组84例,用地塞米松和a-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入.然后,比较分析二组的疗效差异.结果 治疗组有效率为75.29％,对照组有效率为60.71％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 清开灵注射液雾化吸入疗效确切,见效快,易于接受,值得临床推广应用.
