目的 探讨鼻骨骨折的高分辨率CT表现,提高鼻骨骨折诊断的准确性.方法 30例外伤性鼻骨骨折病人,全部行X线和冠状及横断位高分辨率CT扫描检查,观察细微结构,回顾性分析高分辨率CT对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值. 结果 X线检查确诊鼻骨骨折18例,其中粉碎性骨折9例.经CT检查均发现鼻骨骨折,粉碎性骨折18例,线性骨折10例,合并上颌骨额突骨折5例,上颌窦骨折6例,额骨骨折2例,眼眶内侧壁骨折3例,鼻中隔骨折2例,筛骨纸样板骨折2例,鼻额缝分离1例.结论 CT冠状及横断位扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断有较高的临床应用价值,可作为鼻骨骨折的常规和首选检查方法.%Objective To study the HRCT findings in nasal bone fracture and to increase the diagnostic accuracy of nasal bone fracture. Methods Thirty cases suffered traumatic nasal bone fracture were all performed with X-rays and HRCT in transverse and coronal scans. CT findings were analyzed retrospectively to explore the value of HRCT scans. Results ①In X-ray film examination, 18 cases were diagnosed nasal bone fracture, of which 9 cases diagnosed comminuted fracture. ②All 30 cases diagnosed nasal bone fracture by HRCT scans. 18 cases had comminuted fracture, 10 had linear fracture. ③In terms of combined fracture, 5 cases combined with racture of frontal process of maxilla, 6 combined with fracture of maxillary sinus, 2 combined with fracture of frontal bone, 3 combined with fracture of medial orbital wall, 2 combined with fracture of the nasal septum, 2 combined with lamina papyracea fractureand1 with nasofrontal suture separation. Conclusion The HRCT combined with transversal and coronal scan has high value of clinical application ,it can be a routine and first choice for the diagnosed of nasal bone fracture.
