鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎围手术期的临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the importance of treatment for chronic sinusitis polypus perioperative.Methods 76 cases in chronic sinusitis with endoscopic surgery were retrospective divided into two groups,56 cases in therapy group treated by corticosteroid drugs(Auxiliary Fu Shuliang) and mucus solute(Gino tong),20 cases in control group treated without using those above drugs.Results After follow-up visit six mouth to two years,among 76 patients after endoscopic surgery,62 cases were cured,10 cases were improved significantly,4 cases were relapsed..Compared with the difference of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative peritonealization time and efficacy were significant.Conclusions Functional nasal endoscopic surgery is one of the most effective therapies to chronic rhinosinusits.It can get good results by using corticosteroid drugs and mucus solute,which can decrease blood loss and shorten postoperative intraoperative epithelialization time.%目的 探讨鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎围手术期治疗的重要性.方法 回顾性分析76例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料.分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组56例,术前使用鼻腔局部糖皮质激素药物(辅舒良)、黏液溶解排除剂(吉诺通);对照组20例,术前未使用以上药物,比较两组疗效,总结鼻内镜手术围手术期治疗作用.结果 76例患者行鼻内镜手术患者,随访6月～2年,治愈62例,症状改善明显10例,复发4例.治疗组及对照组在术中出血量、术后术腔上皮化时间及疗效方面差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 功能性鼻内镜手术是治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎最有效的临床方法之一,围手术期局部使用鼻喷剂、黏液溶解排除剂等处理,可以减少术中出血和缩短术后术腔上皮化时间,患者疗效满意.
