小儿颈深部感染33例分析

摘要

目的 回顾性分析小儿颈深部感染的有效治疗方法.方法 对2005年9月-2015年5月收治的33例小儿颈深部感染的资料进行回顾性分析,观察抗生素、抗感染、切开引流等治疗方法的效果.结果 33例患儿均痊愈出院,其中1例患儿并发颈内动脉破裂通过及时血管介入治疗后治愈,治愈率100％.结论 广谱足量抗生素联合应用,及时切开引流是颈深部感染治疗的关键.出现鼻、咽部反复小量出血的小儿,应警惕颈部大血管破裂的可能,及时采用血管介入治疗.%Objective To analyze the effective treatment of deep neck infection in children.Methods Thirty-three cases of deep neck infection treated from September 2005 to May 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.To observe the effect of antibiotics and surgical drainage.Results All cases were cured, including one case who was complicated with carotid artery rupture and was timely cured by vascular interventional therapy, and the cure rate was 100％.Conclusion Combined application of broad-spectrum antibiotics and effective surgical drainage are key to treat deep neck infection in children.The emergence of repeated small amount of bleeding in the nose and throat in children is an indicator for big neck vessel rupture and interventional vascular therapy may be considered.
