耳闷胀感是一个可能涉及到从外耳到内耳及听神经任何一部分听觉器官异常的常见症状，可表现为耳胀满感、堵塞感、压迫感，以40岁左右女性多见。本文就耳闷症状的病因及其机制做一综述，为临床更好的认识耳闷这一症状提供帮助。%Ear fullness is a common symptom that can involve abnormalities of any part of the hearing organ from the outer ear, inner ear and up to the auditory nerve. It can be reported as a sense of fullness, blockage or pressure in the ear, and is most common in women at the age of 40 years. Aimed to improve understanding of clinical complaints of ear full-ness, this article summarizes the etiology and mechanisms of ear fullness.
