置管+持续负压吸引治疗耳廓假性囊肿

摘要

目的 探讨置管+持续负压吸引治疗耳廊假性囊肿的临床疗效.方法 对131例(耳)耳廊假性囊肿患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组66例,对照组65例,治疗组采用置管+持续负压吸引方法,对照组使用局部穿刺并加压进行治疗,在治疗一个疗程后进行疗效对比.结果 治疗组痊愈有57例(耳),治愈率达86.4%,对照组痊愈19例(耳),治愈率达29.2%,两组治愈率比较,治疗组明显大于对照组(χ2=43.88,P<0.01).结论 置管+持续负压吸引治疗耳廊假性囊肿有良好的效果,且简单、经济.%Objective To report outcomes of treatment of auricular pseudocyst using catheterization and continu-ous suction. Methods A total of 131 patients with pseudocyst of auricle were randomly selected to receive local punc-ture and pressure dressing (the control group, n=66) or catheterization and continuous suction (the treatment group, n=65), treatment effects were compared after one course of treatment. Results The rate of complete resolution was 86.4%(57/65) in the treatment group and 29.2%(19/66) in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Our results indicate that catheterization and continuous suction is effective for pseudocyst of auricle, and an easy and safe treatment.
