目的 研究55岁以上耳鸣患者的耳鸣严重程度及其对生活质量的影响.方法 研究对象为50例耳鸣患者,均为55岁以上,平均年龄65.1±9.5岁,其中男性29例,女性21例,60岁以上31例,60岁以下19例.使用耳鸣残疾度量化表问卷对患者进行调查和耳鸣残疾度量化评估.结果 50例受调查患者中,32例属耳鸣残疾1级(占64%),10例属2级(20%),4例属3级(8%),2例属4级(4%),2例属5级(占4%).两组之间,功能性问题(P=0.083)和情绪性问题(P=0.098)均无统计学差异,60岁以下的灾难性得分(P=0.046)显著高于60岁以上组.结论 耳鸣可对55岁以上人群情绪造成显著影响,临床护理中应加强针对耳鸣的心理护理和情绪调节.%Objective To study the severity and emotional impacts of tinnitus on patients over 55 years of age as as-sessed by the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory. Methods Fifty patients over 55 years of age who were suffering from tinni-tus participated in the survey (29 male and 21 female). Mean age was 65.1 ± 9.5 years. Thirty one patients were older than and 19 younger than 60 years. Medical histories were collected and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory score was cal-culated. Results Among the patients, 32 (64%) were at handicap level 1, 10 (20%) at level 2, 4 (8%) at level 3, 2 (4%) at level 4 and the rest 2 (4%) at level 5. There was no significant difference between patients older than 60 and those young-er than 60 in functional (P=0.083) and emotional (P=0.098) categories, although significant difference was found in cata-strophic categories (P=0.046). Conclusions Tinnitus affects quality of life in patients over 55 years of age significantly. It is of great importance to address the psychological and emotional status in elder patients who suffer from tinnitus.
