微创不翻瓣技术在上颌窦内提升中的临床应用

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of flapless techniques in osteotome sinus lift. Meth-ods:19 posterior partially edentulous patients with residual bone height between 5.5-8.5mm were cho-sen to receive the flapless osteotome sinus lift, 26 implants were placed. Patients were followed regular-ly after the surgery up to 12 months. The stability of the implants, the condition of peri-implant tissues, the radio exam of the bone height were checked during the revisits. Results: During the study period all implants were stable, no inflammation of the sinus were found. The soft tissue around the implants were healthy, and the X ray showed some extent of endo-sinus bone gain. Conclusion: The short-term clinical result of flapless technique in osteotome sinus lift was satisfying. Further investigations were needed to evaluate the long-term outcome.%目的：评价微创不翻瓣技术在上颌窦内提升中应用的临床疗效。方法：选择2010.3-2011.11期间在福建省立医院口腔种植科就诊的19例上颌后牙缺失患者，其剩余牙槽嵴高度在5.5-8.5mm间，采用微创不翻瓣技术结合上颌窦内提升术，共植入种植体26颗。术后定期复诊，随访期12个月，观察种植体稳定性，牙周组织状况以及X线片评价骨高度。结果：随访期内未发现种植体出现松动或上颌窦炎症，牙周组织健康，X线示上颌窦内骨高度增加。结论：微创技术在上颌窦内提升中的应用，短期临床效果较为理想，但长期效果尚须进一步观察研究。
