老视的角膜矫正手术

摘要

Presbyopia is a physiologic inevitability that causes the gradual loss of accommodation with aging.However, its pathophysiology remains poorly understood.An aging society produces more people impaired by presbyopia and greater demand for presbyopia correction.Therefore, the surgical correction of presbyopia currently has raised more interest among ophthalmologists.Continuous development of technologies and materials has provided numerous choices for the surgical management of presbyopia, including procedures performed on the cornea, lens or sclera.Although no existing procedures can restore eye accommodation, they have resulted in some good clinical outcomes.This paper provides an update on current procedures performed on the cornea that are available for presbyopia correction.%老视是随着年龄增长、调节能力丧失出现视近物困难的一种生理现象,发病机制尚不明确.人口老龄化使老视人口及老视矫正的需求逐渐增多,老视的手术矫正方法正成为眼科医师关注的热点.随着技术和材料的不断发展,出现了多样化的老视矫正手术,包括经角膜老视矫正手术、晶状体老视矫正手术和巩膜老视矫正手术.尽管还没有一种完美的老视矫正手术能真正恢复眼的调节功能,现有的手术已取得一些临床效果.现对老视的角膜手术矫正方法做一综述.
