氧化应激在青光眼中作用的研究进展

摘要

视网膜神经节细胞的渐进性死亡和轴突的丢失是青光眼的一个重要特征,其发病机制并不确切,近年来,一些实验及临床研究发现氧化应激在青光眼发病及病情进展过程中起着重要的作用.在青光眼患者血清及眼部组织中均存在氧化应激标记物,抗氧化应激治疗亦对控制青光眼病情有一定作用.本文对氧化应激在青光眼发病中的作用及其致病机制和抗氧化应激治疗予以综述,以期为青光眼的诊断及治疗提供更好的参考.%Apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells and progressive loss of the axons is an important feature of glaucoma,its pathogenesis is not exact.Some experimental and clinical study found that oxidative stress plays an important role in the onset and progression of glaucoma.Oxidative stress markers were found in glaucoma patient's serum and ocular tissue and anti-oxidative stress therapy also had a role in controlling glaucoma.In this review,we will discuss the oxidative stress pathogenesis and the antioxidant therapy in glaucoma.
