诱导化疗在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的应用

摘要

Almost 60 percent of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) were diagnosed as middle and advanced stage,when first seeing a doctor.And combined treatments of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are needed.So far the point that induction chemotherapy (IC) can improve the overall survival (OS) in HNSCC has been disputed,but its value in organ preservation and metastasis rate reduction has been noticed.This review aimed to give a summary on the value of IC in choosing a suitable method of organ preservation among HNSCC patients,the research progress on IC reducing distant metastasis rate and the implication of IC on intensity of later period therapy.%超过60％的头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)病例在初诊时已病至局部中、晚期,需要手术、放疗与化疗相结合的综合治疗模式.诱导化疗在提高HNSCC总生存率中的作用仍然存在争议,但其在器官保留以及减少远处转移中的价值已逐渐得到重视.本文就从目前对于诱导化疗在器官保留的非手术治疗策略筛选中的价值、诱导化疗对于减少远处转移的研究进展和诱导化疗对后期治疗强度的提示作用等方面做一综述.
