护理本科生护理学基础技能实验教学方法的改革

             

摘要

目的 探讨护理本科生护理学基础技能实验教学方法.方法 试验组71名学生采用改革的实验教学措施教学,主要突出课前学生的预习和自学,实验课时对实验技能项目操作原则、潜在创新点和与该项目相关拓展学习内容的讨论和分享;对照组61名学生采用传统的实验教学措施教学,比较两组学生的自评结果、课程期末技能考核成绩和总评成绩.结果 试验组学生自评创新能力、创新意识、观察和分析问题能力等10个方面的提高比对照组高(P<0.01),试验组学生的课程期末技能考核成绩和总评成绩高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 改革后的实验教学方法有利于提高护理本科生的创新意识、创新能力、动手能力、掌握和应用理论知识等综合素质.%Objective To explore the new teaching methods in experimental skills of Basic Nursing Science for nursing under-graduate students. Methods In the experimental group,71 nursing students adopted the new teaching methods,the teaching measures included highlighting pre-class work and seff-learning,a discussion and sharing of principles,potential innovation,and related learning materials of the procedure during class. In the control group,61 nursing students adopted traditional teaching methods. The student self-assessment results,final exam grades and total marks were collected and analyzed. Results The ex-perimental group got higher scores than the control group in the student self-assessment results,final exam grade and total mark (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion The new teaching methods can effectively improve the students' performance and their innovative thinking and capacity.
