N235萃取Pt体系产生第三相的影响因素

         

摘要

The formation of the third phase and the influence of different effect factors on Pt extraction in the N235/HCl/Pt solvent extraction system were investigated by determining the distribution of HCl and H2PtCl6 in organic and aqueous phase, as well as determining the conductivity, volume and water content of the third phase. The results show that H2PtCl6 can be extracted efficiently by tertiary amine N235 no matter under the condition of with or without modifier TBP in the organic phase at high or low initial HCl concentration. And the first step extraction rate is more than 99%. The variety of diluent affects the volume, conductivity and water content of the third phase. However, it has no effect on the Pt extraction rate. In addition, in a gradual step extracting Pt system using C12H26 as the diluent, the Pt concentration in organic phase can reach more than 13.21 g/L without the formation of the third phase. While using sulfonated kerosene as the diluent, the Pt concentration in organic phase can reach more than 23.72 g/L without the formation of the third phase.%通过测定叔胺(N235)萃取Pt体系中HCl及H2PtCl6在两相中的分配,测定第三相的电导率、体积和水分含量,研究第三相的形成以及各因素对萃取Pt的影响.结果表明:无论在有机相中有无改性剂TBP存在时,无论c(HCl)init高或低,叔胺萃取H2PtCl6的萃取率均较高,且一级萃取率大于99%;稀释剂的种类影响第三相的体积、电导率和水含量,但不影响对Pt的萃取率;以C12H26为稀释剂逐级萃取Pt时,有机相中Pt的浓度大于 13.21 g/L时,即出现第三相;以磺化煤油为稀释剂时,有机相中Pt浓度可以高达23.72 g/L,但不出现第三相.
