摘要

To introduce the searching methods, contents and applications of the official databases Drugs@FDA and European Public Assessment Report ( EPAR) established in the USA and Europe, in order to provide instructions for medicine users and scientific researchers to get free accessible and high quality drug information.The searching methods, contents and applications of drug information in Drugs@ FDA and EPAR databases were elaborated through specific examples. The information generated in the whole drug development process is included in Drugs@ FDA and EPAR databases, and their abundant drug information and large volume of data will become the basis for big data mining and establishment of other databases.
