雷尼替丁枸橼酸铋对动物实验性胃溃疡的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of ranitidine bismuth citrnrate (RBC) on four kinds of experimental gastric ulcer.Methods :The inhrnibitory effect of RBC on experimental ulcers:including aqueous extrarnct e xcitability ulcer in mice,acetic acid induced ulcer in rats,pylorrnic ligational u lcer in rats,ethanol induced ulcer in rats were observernd.Results:R BC showed significant protective effect on 4 experimentarnl gastric ulcers.RBC sig nificantly reduced the gastric ulcerogenesirns,gastric acid secretion,and gastric pepsin activity(in pyloric ligarntion model) in animal models.Ranitidine HCl was a lso effective in trearntment of gastric ulcer but less poten t than RBC in these models.Conclusrnion:RBC is a suitable agent for treatment of gastric ulcer because it pornssesses the inhibitory effect of gastric acid secretion of ranitidine rnand mucosal protective and pepsin inhibitory effec t of bismuth.%目的：研究雷尼替丁枸橼酸铋(RBC)对动物4 种实验性 胃溃疡的影响。方法：rn采用小鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡模型、大鼠乙酸烧 灼型胃溃疡模型、大鼠幽门结扎胃溃疡模型及大鼠乙醇损伤型胃溃疡模型，观察RBC口服对 胃溃疡的抑制作用及对幽门结扎大鼠胃酸分泌及胃蛋白酶活性的影响。结果：RBC对动物实验性胃溃疡具有显著的保护作用，显著抑制溃疡发生，抑制胃酸分泌 ，抑制胃蛋白酶活性，对胃溃疡的抑制效果优于目前国内临床普遍使用的盐酸雷尼替丁。结论：RBC既有H2受体拮抗剂的抗胃酸分泌作用，又有铋剂的保护 胃粘膜及抑制胃蛋白酶活性的作用，因而被认为是一种更具优势的消化性溃疡治疗药物。
