Objective; To determine the effect of polysaccharide from Laminaria on the formation of arterial thrombus in rabbits. Methods; Arterial thrombus model was induced by intravascular electricity-stimulus in rabbits. The obstruction time, thrombin-antithrombin complex (TAT) was recorded, and the activated partial throm-boplastin time (APTT) and pronthrombin time (PT) were determined. Results; Polysaccharide from Laminaria lowered the level of TAT, extend the time of formation of arterial thrombosis, and significantly prolonged APTT. Conclusion: Polysaccharide from Laminaria has an inhibitory effect on the thrombus formation caused by vascular endothelial cell injury.%目的:探讨海带多糖对血管内膜损伤致血液高凝状态的影响.方法:建立血管内电刺激致内膜损伤家兔模型,记录栓塞形成时间,测定家兔血浆凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)水平、血浆活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT).结果:海带多糖能够降低TAT水平,延长APTT及动脉栓塞形成时间.结论:海带多糖对血管内膜损伤致血液高凝状态具有逆转作用.
