健康受试者口服盐酸戊乙奎醚片所致口干的研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate xerostomia caused by penehyclidine hydrochloride tablets in healthy subjects.Methods:Xerostomia caused by penehyclidine hydrochloride tablets at various doses was analyzed.Saliva secretion was determined as an objective indicator,and a questionnaire with the linear visual analog scale (VAS) was performed as a subjective indicator of xerostomia.Results:The objective and subjective indicators showed similar degrees of xerostomia after taking the tablets.Penehyclidine hydrochloride tablets dose-dependently caused xerostomia at 0.1 to 0.8 mg.The degree of xerostomia gradually increased from 1 to 8 h after the treatment and then gradually decreased from 8 to 48 h.Conclusion:These results provide experiment data and references for studying clinical application of penehyclidine hydrochloride tablets and controlling salivation symptoms in Parkinson's disease patients.%目的:研究盐酸戊乙奎醚片在健康受试者中所致的口干症状.方法:采用唾液分泌量测定和问卷调查VAS评分两种观察方法,通过口干严重程度客观指标和主观指标的比较,初步研究盐酸戊乙奎醚片在不同给药剂量所致口干症状的规律.结果:口干严重程度的客观评价指标和主观评价指标具有较相似的结果:剂量在0.1 ～0.8 mg时的口干程度均呈剂量依赖性,口干程度在给药l～8 h时逐渐升高,在给药8 ～48 h时逐渐降低.结论:上述结果为盐酸戊乙奎醚片临床应用提供了一定的实验依据,并对其控制帕金森症患者流涎等症状提供了一定的数据参考.
