新药研发绩效评价的方法研究

本文从新药研发的实际情况出发,通过文献查阅、实际调研和数据分析的方法,构建了对新药研发绩效进行评价的指标体系,并运用数学方法进行定量评价.建立了新药研发绩效评价模型,该模型的运用可以为制药企业的新药研发绩效评价与管理提供科学的依据和方法.%The paper established the evaluation index system for the performance of the new drug R&D by literature searching, data analysis and mathematical methods. By the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we evaluated the performance of the new drug R&D, which would be more objective and practical.
