The global new drugs launches between 2007 and 2016 are collected and systemized,and the number of the listed new drugs,global market distribution,major therapeutic areas,development units,as well as the development risk are analyzed and commented.As the main force of global drug development as well as the most important first-launch market,the feature and tendency of new drugs in the United States nearly 10 years,especially the new categories and approval technology of FDA drugs are elaborated in this review.%收集并整理2007年至2016年全球上市的新药,并对历年上市新药的数量、全球市场分布、热点治疗领域、研制单位、研发风险等方面进行分析与评述.美国作为全球新药研发主力军以及最重要的新药首发市场,本研究对其近10年上市新药的特点和趋势,尤其是FDA上市新药的类别以及审评技术的创新和亮点展开综述.
