老年冠心病患者的抗栓治疗

抗栓治疗可使冠心病患者明显获益,老年冠心病患者接受抗栓药物治疗获益的同时,出血的风险较非老年患者明显增高.对老年冠心病患者应用抗栓药物,应当熟知其作用机制,谨慎权衡抗栓药物的有效性和安全性.在治疗过程中需重视监测出血副作用,给药剂量和联合用药方案力争实现个体化,使其既达到预期的治疗效果,又能避免出血等不良事件的发生.%Anti-thrombotic therapy is beneficial to patients with coronary heart diseases. The risk of hemorrhage is apparently increased in elderly patients with coronary artery disease compared with non-elderly patients while they benefited from the anti-thrombotic drugs. It is very important to understand the mechanism of these anti-thrombotic drugs and carefully balance the efficacy and safety of the anti-thrombotic therapy for elderly patients with coronary artery disease. In order to not only obtain the expected efficacy but also avoid the bleeding adverse events, it should be emphasized to monitor the side effect of bleeding and enable individualized dosage and strategy of the drug therapy.
