家族史与2型糖尿病发病风险关联性的研究进展

摘要

2型糖尿病（ T2DM）的发病形势日趋严峻，被普遍认为是一种多因素导致的疾病，而糖尿病家族史是T2DM进展过程中的重要独立风险因素之一，可综合反映遗传易感性与共享环境因素对T2 DM发病的影响，本文将针对遗传易感性和共享环境因素两方面阐述糖尿病家族史与T2DM发病风险的关联性。%There have been more and more type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) patients in all over the world .T2DM is widely consid-ered as a multifactorial disease , and family history of diabetes , as one of the independent risk factors in its development , represents the combination of genetic susceptibility and shared environmental factors on the incidence .In this review , we elucidated the recent progress in genetic susceptibilities and shared environmental factors involved in the association between the family history of diabetes and risk of T2DM.
