脓毒症早期诊断标志物的回顾及研究进展

摘要

脓毒症是指感染引起宿主反应失控，从而导致危及生命的器官功能障碍。此种器官功能障碍早期可能是隐匿的。尽管当今生物技术和医学监护手段飞速发展，但脓毒症的早期诊断仍十分困难，死亡率仍居高不下。早期诊断对于脓毒症的意义非凡，本文旨在回顾与总结脓毒症早期诊断标志物的进展，期望对脓毒症的临床和科研工作有所启示。%Sepsis is a life-threatening condition caused by dysregulated host response to infection.The early organ dysfunction may be not easy to find.Though biotechnology and medical surveillance means have developed rapidly, early diagnosis of sepsis is still very difficult, and its mortality is very high.So, early diagnosis is of great significance for sepsis.In this article, we reviewed and summa-rized the current advances in the early diagnostic markers for sepsis, and hoped to have some implications for its clinical and scientific researches.
