经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical value and surgical techniques of live cyst fenestration treated by transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS). Method A retrospective analysis was applied for three cases of live cyst fenestration treated by SILS. Results The procedures were successfully performed in 3 cases and the operative duration was 55 (50 -60)minutes. The average hospital stay was 8.3 (8 ~9)days. Patients were followed up regularly with 7(3 ~ 12)months. There was no complication or recurrence occurred. Conclusions The SILS is a safe and feasible technique for liver cyst fenestration. With the improvement of apparatus and accumulation of experiences, SILS may be recommended as a standard procedure for liver cyst fenestration.%目的 总结经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术的疗效.方法 回顾性分析3例经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术患者临床资料.结果 3例手术均获成功,平均手术时间55(50～60)min,无胆漏、出血、切口感染、切口疝等并发症发生.平均住院时间8.3(8～9)d.平均随访7(3 ～12)个月,囊肿无复发.结论 经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术是一种安全而又有效的手术,随着器械的改进和术者经验的积累,可作为常规手术方法应用于临床.
