Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing interventions and clinical effects of the glaucoma patients. Method There were 63 glaucoma patients (68 eyes) underwent trabeculectomy, coreclisis, or trabeculectomy plus peripheral iridotomy from March 2010 to November 2011. Results All the 63 patients with 68 glaucomatous eyes were successfully operated. The postoperative hospital stay was 4.5(3 ~ 10) days. Postoperative complications included flat anterior chamber in 4 eyes (5. 9% ) of 4 patients, anterior chamber hyphema in 3 eyes (4.4% ) of 3 patients, follicular malformation in 7 eyes (10.3%) in 6 patients. And all the patients were cured after conservative therapy and careful perioperative nursing. Conclusion Good perioperative nursing can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce postoperative complications and shorten recovery time for the glaucoma patients.%目的 探讨青光眼患者围手术期的护理措施及效果.方法 针对我院2010年3月至2011年11月收治的63例(68眼)青光眼手术患者,行小梁切除术、虹膜嵌顿术、小梁切除+虹膜周边切除术等不同的术式治疗,并加强术前术后护理和并发症的观察,认真做好心理护理、健康宣教及出院指导.结果 63例(68眼)病人均顺利实施手术,术后住院时间平均4.5(3～10)d；术后并发症有浅前房4例(4眼)、占5.9％,前房积血3例(3眼)、占4.4％,滤过泡形成不良6例(7眼)、占10.3％,经积极治疗和精心护理,所有患者前房恢复、积血吸收、滤过泡的形态与功能好转,均康复出院.结论 做好青光眼患者围手术期的护理可提高治疗效果,减少术后并发症,缩短病人康复时间.
