目的 探讨以患者需求为导向的阶段性造口护理方案在肠造口患者中的应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样法于2015年12月—2017年2月选取首都医科大学宣武医院的肠造口手术患者74例,按照入院时间分为试验组(n=39)和对照组(n=35).对照组给予常规造口护理,试验组实施以肠造口患者需求为导向的阶段性造口护理方案.比较两组患者造口自我护理能力的差异.结果 试验组患者造口护理能力总分为(32.15±6.43)分,对照组为(28.94±3.91)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.558,P<0.05).结论 以患者需求为导向的阶段性造口护理方案可以有效提高肠造口患者的自我护理能力,为临床护理工作提供有效途径.%Objective To explore the patients' needs-oriented staged care protocol on self-care ability in colostomy patients. Methods Totally 74 colostomy patients from Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected by convenient sampling from December 2015 to February 2017 and divided into the experiment group(n=39)and the control group(n=35). Patients in the control group received conventional care for stomy,while patients in the experiment group received the patients' needs-oriented staged care. The self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The stomy care ability score of the experiment group totaled(32.15±6.43),while that of the control group totaled[(28.94±3.91),(t=2.558,P < 0.05)]. Conclusions The patients' needs-oriented staged care protocol can effectively improve the self-care ability of colostomy patients and provide an effective path for clinical nursing work.
