手术室军人护士和非现役文职护士压力源相关因素研究

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the job stressors and coping styles among army and non-active civil servant nurses. Methods Forty nurses were recruited and investigated with Job Stressor Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results There was significant difference in the professional development, workload and working environment(P <0. 01). There was no significant difference in the score of coping styles(P > 0. 05). Conclusions There are different job stressors among army and non-active civil servant nurses. Nursing administrators should take corresponding measures to relieve nurses' job stress.%目的 调查手术室军人护士和非现役文职护士工作压力源和应对方式,分析其影响因素.方法 采用工作压力源量表、简易应对方式量表,对40名军人及非现役文职护士进行问卷调查.结果 军人和非现役文职护士压力水平总分分别为(2.43±0.62),(2.58±0.67)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);军人护士在专业及社会地位上压力得分、工作量压力得分、工作环境和资源方面压力得分分别为(2.33±0.57),(2.51±0.79),(2.42±0.85)分,与非现役文职护士比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);军人及对压力源所采用的应对方式得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 手术室军人及非现役文职护士工作压力源不同,护理管理者要采取有针对性的减压措施.
