白血病患儿心理历程的调查

摘要

Objective To explore the psychological demand of leukemia in different periods,understand the psychological characteristics of children and to provide psychological nursing basis. Methods The real mental feeling in diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of leukemia patients was surveyed through interview and questionnaire. Results The psychology of leukemia was influenced easily by external factors without regularity. The psychological characteristics included: fear, dependence, calm, confident, loneliness,disappointment, and accept ion. Conclusions Psychological change of leukemia patients has no obvious regularity. Nursing staff shall provide proper psychological nursing according to the different characteristics of psychological.%目的 探讨白血病患儿在病程中不同时期的心理需求,了解其心理变化特征,为临床护理人员对患儿进行心理护理提供借鉴.方法 通过进行访谈、调查来了解白血病患儿在经历诊断、治疗和康复过程中的真实心理感受.结果 白血病患儿的心理极易受外界因素的影响,其变化无明显的规律性.其心理变化主要表现为:恐惧、依赖、平静、自信、孤独、失望、接受.结论 白血病患儿的心理变化无明显的规律性,护理人员应根据不同患儿具体的心理变化特点进行恰当的心理护理.
