目的 探讨牙齿美观问题对患者社会心理的影响.方法 在北京大学口腔医学院对30例医生和30例患者进行半开放式问卷调查,了解他们关于"牙齿美观问题对患者社会心理影响"的看法.选择可能存在牙齿美观问题的门诊患者48例,进行一对一的访谈式心理测量问卷调查,以了解他们的"牙齿美观问题对自身社会心理状况的影响".结果 口腔医生及患者认为牙齿美观问题对患者社会心理可能造成的影响主要是会让患者"笑不露齿",其次为"感到比不上别人","感到羞怯"或"担心给别人的印象",还可能导致"苦闷".对48例患者心理测量显示被调查者心理状况与社会经济学背景无相关性.结论 医务人员应加强对患者社会心理方面的关注,以提高患者的就诊满意度,改善医患关系.%Objective To explore the psychosocial effect of the esthetical problem of teeth. Methods Questionnaire investigation was carried out to find out the attitude of "the psychosocial effect of dental appearance" no 60 respondents (including 30 dentists and 30 patients in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology). And other 48 patients from the departments of Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Orthodontics were also finished a psychosocial questionnaire which including ten subscales with five-point items. to find out the attitude of "the psychosocial effect about themselves of dental appearance". Results Dentists considered that possible psychosocial effects of the esthetical problem of teeth were "avoid grinning", "feel worse than others", "feel shame", "care about the impress on others" and "feel depressed". The psychological measurement on 48 patients showed that there was no relation between the psychological situation of the people being researched and social economic background. Conclusions Dentists and nurses should pay more attention to the psychosocial status of patients, to develop the satisfactory rate and improve the doctor-patient relationship.
