口腔科护士能力现状的调查

摘要

目的：了解口腔科护士能力现状，分析其在学历、职称等一般资料上的差异，为培养、提高口腔专业护士素质，提升护理质量提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法抽取山东省4个地级市口腔医院的106名护士，应用自制“口腔科护士能力量表”对其进行调查。结果口腔科护士的能力得分为（78．68±9．036）分，其中大专学历护士得分为（80．56±7．221）分，高于本科及以上护士的（78．53±8．928）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝5．724，P＜0．05）；职称为护士的得分为（77．78±6．572）分，低于护师及以上职称的（85．94±8．922）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝7．414，P＜0．05）；在编护士得分为（85．42±7．821）分，高于合同制护士的（77．87±6．581）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝29．138，P＜0．01）；随着护龄的增加，护士的能力水平也提高，差异具有统计学意义（F＝6．368，P＜0．05），而在婚姻状况、薪金待遇上差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论口腔科护士能力有待提高，对口腔专科护士的培养势在必行。管理者需加强对本科学历口腔护士的培养。%Objective To investigate and understand present situation about abilities of dental nurse , and analyze the differences on their education , job title and other general information , in order to provide a reference for developing and improving the quality of dental professional nurses and improving the quality of nursing.Methods A total of 106 nurses from stomatological hospitals in four prefecture-level cities in Shandong province were selected by using the convenience sampling method , and all of them were investigated with self-made dental nurse competency scale .Results The average score of nurses'core ability was (78.68 ±9.036). And the score in the nurses with junior college degree was (80.56 ±7.221) , which was higher that of (78.53 ±8.928) in the nurses with bachelor degree or above , and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.724,P<0.05);the score in the nurses with nurses professional title was (77.78 ±6.572) ,which was lower that of (85.94 ±8.922) in the nurses with nurse practitioners professional title and above , and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.414,P<0.05);the score in the nurses of the formal preparation of nurses was (85.42 ±7.821) ,which was higher that of (77.87 ±6.581) in contract nurses, and the difference was statistically significant (t=29.138,P<0.01).With the increasing of nursing age, the nurses'ability level increased, and the difference was statistically significant ( F =6.368, P <0.05).While there were no statistically significant differences on marital status and salary (P>0.05).Conclusions The ability of dental nurses still should be improved, and the education and cultivation of dental nurse specialist is imperative . Managers should strengthen the training of dental nurses with bachelors'degree.
