新毕业护士上岗自信评价与压力源及培训需求调查

摘要

Objective To understand the job self-confidence,stressors and training demands in new graduate nurses and to provide evidence for targeted pre-job training and standardized training.Methods Using the methods of questionnaire investigation,72 graduate nurses were divided into two groups:undergraduate students group and junior college students group.The survey content included the evaluation of job self-confidence and work stressors and training demands.Results On the evaluation of job self-confidence,there were 6 nurses (24.00%) in undergraduate students and 2 nurses (4.26%) in junior college students with ‘ competent' on nursing work,15 nurses (60.00%) in undergraduate students and 38 nurses (80.85%) in junior college students with ‘basically competent' on nursing work,and 3 nurses (12.00%) in undergraduate students with ‘ incapable' on nursing work,these differences were statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =8.67 ; P < 0.05).The score of ‘ difficult to achieve personal values' in undergraduate students was (4.20 ±0.96),and higher that in junior college students of (3.47 ± 1.0),the score of ‘ be afraid of making mistakes on unskilled professional skill' in undergraduate students was (3.72 ± 1.02),and higher that in junior college students of (3.13 ± 1.17),and these differences were statistically significant between the two groups (t =2.94,2.13;P <0.05).The degree of recognition on 10 training content was at high level in all nurses,comparing the level of demand between the two groups,we found that differences of eight item were statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions There are obvious work and psychological stress in the two groups of nurses.The level of demand for expertise training is different in the two groups of nurses,who should be given targeted training and guidance.%目的 了解新毕业护士上岗自信心、压力源及培训知识的需求,为制定有针对性的岗前培训及规范化培训提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查法,将72名新护士分本科生与大专生两组,调查内容为上岗的自信评价、工作压力源及培训知识需求.结果 自信评价“能胜任”护理工作的本科生有6人(24.00%),大专生有2人(4.26%);“基本能胜任”护理工作的本科生有15人(60.00%),大专生有38人(80.85%);“不能胜任”的本科生有3人(12.00%),大专生有7人(14.89%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=8.67;P<0.05);本科生“护理岗位个人价值难体现”的得分为(4.20 ±0.96)分高于大专生的(3.47±1.02)分,本科生的“专业技能不熟练怕出差错”的得分为(3.72±1.02)分高于大专组的(3.13±1.17)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t分别为2.94,2.13;P <0.05);新护士对10项培训内容的认可程度均较高,两组需求程度经比较,有8项内容差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 两组新护士均有较明显的工作和心理压力,专业知识培训需求程度各不相同,应有针对性地分别进行培训及引导.
