目的 引进积极心理学中“愉快因子”概念,引导初产妇感受积极心理体验,帮助初产妇降低角色转变初期的抑郁状况.方法 选择2011年10月至2012年5月上海市某妇幼保健院产科病房初产妇100例,按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组各50例.对实验组产妇以访谈方式采集、记录个体愉快因子,并在心理护理过程中予以回输式干预,帮助初产妇建立良好心理体验.对照组采用常规心理护理方法.用Beck抑郁量表对两组对象进行测评比较.结果 两组初产妇Beck抑郁量表得分:实验组≤4分(无抑郁)43例,5～13分(轻度抑郁)5例；14 ～20分(中度抑郁)2例,≥21分(重度抑郁)0例；对照组分别为16,32,2,0例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=32.059,P＜0.01).实验组的Beck平均值(3.32±1.63)分低于入组前(5.91±1.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.984,P＜0.01).结论 用自体“愉快因子”回输式干预法,对初产妇实施个体心理护理有利于初产妇在积极心理体验中,实现角色转换或适应,对于改善产后初期抑郁状况有积极作用.%Objective To introduce the new concept of " happy factor" in positive psychology to lead primipara through positive psychological experience,and help them to reduce the depression during the early stage of role change.Methods 100 cases of primipara from October 2011 to May 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The experimental group collected and recorded happy factor by interviews and was intervened by feedback during psychological nursing,so as to build good psychological experience,while the control group used conventional psychological nursing methods.Beck depression inventory (BDI) was used to measure and compare between the two groups.Results According BDI,there were 43 cases of non-depression (≤4),5 cases of mild depression (5-13),2 cases of moderate depression (14-20) and no case of major depression (≥21) in the experimental group,while there were 16,32,2,0 in the control group.And the differences were statistically significant (x2 =32.059,P ＜0.01).After intervention,BDI in experimental group was (3.32 ± 1.63),which was lower than (5.91 ± 1.61),and the differences were statistically significant (t =3.984,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions "Happy factor" feedback intervention is helpful for primipara to change or adapt to role of mother during positive psychological experience and improving the condition of depression in the early postpartum period.
