Objective To discuss treatment effect of peri-operative nursing intervention on patients with gastric cancer and abnormal blood glucose and nursing experience.Methods Totals of 60 patients with gastric cancer and abnormal blood glucose were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 30 cases.The control group received conventional nursing while the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention.Patients' peri-operative glucose level,incidence rate of hypoglycemia and postoperative complications,acceptance rate of operation tolerance,wound healing time and hospital stay time were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference of glucose level between two groups before operation (P ＞ 0.05).Blood glucose level during and after operation was respectively (7.2 ± 1.3) and (6.6 ± 1.5) mmol/L in the observation group,lower than (10.2 ± 1.6) and (9.5 ± 1.8) mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t =2.34,2.28,respectively ;P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of hypoglycemia and postoperative complications was respectively 3.3％ and 16.7％ in the observation group,both lower than 26.7％ and 40.0％ in the control group,and the acceptance rate of operation tolerance was 100.0％ in the observation group,higher than 80.0％ in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =4.71,4.02,4.63,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).Patients' wound healing time and hospital stay time was respectively (7.0 ± 2.0)d and(11.0 ± 2.0)d in the observation group,both shorter than (9.5 ± 3.0)d and (14.5 ± 3.0)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t =2.21,2.29,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Peri-operative nursing intervention on patients with gastric cancer and abnormal blood glucose can effectively control glucose level,reduce incidence rate of complications and improve prognosis quality,thus is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨围手术期护理干预应用于胃癌伴血糖异常患者的疗效观察及护理体会.方法 将60例胃癌伴血糖异常患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围手术期护理干预,比较两组患者围手术期血糖水平、低血糖发生率、手术耐受优良率、术后并发症发生率、切口愈合时间及住院时间.结果 术前两组患者血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组患者术中、术后的血糖分别为(7.2±1.3),(6.6±1.5) mmol/L,低于对照组的(10.2±1.6),(9.5±1.8) mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为2.34,2.28；P＜0.05)；观察组患者低血糖及术后并发症发生率分别为3.3％,16.7％,均低于对照组的26.7％,40.0％,手术耐受优良率为100.0％,高于对照组的80.0％,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为4.71,4.02,4.63;P ＜0.05)；观察组患者切口愈合时间及住院时间分别为(7.0±2.0),(11.0 ±2.0)d,均短于对照组的(9.5±3.0),(14.5±3.0)d,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为2.21,2.29；P＜0.05).结论 对于胃癌伴血糖异常患者,围手术期护理干预能够有效控制围手术期血糖水平,降低并发症的发生率,改善预后质量,值得临床推广.
