ICU轮转培训在晋升主管护师的护士院内培训中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of ICU rotation training in the promotion of supervisor nurse .Methods The ICU training target , content and the tutorial system were developed and used in the practice of promotion of the supervisor nurse for a period of 3 months.The theory knowledge and clinical practice were tested and compared .A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the training effects . Results The mean theory examination and clinical practice scores of the 52 promoted supervisor nurses were (92.52 ±3.16) and (95.02 ±2.43), which were significantly higher than (75.36 ±8.51) and (86.17 ± 4.95) before the ICU rotation training (t =3.261,2.937, respectively;P<0.05).After the ICU rotation training, the self-evaluation in clinical thinking , teamwork, communication ability , critical nursing record writing ability, critical patients nursing care ability were improved , within which the critical nursing record writing ability and critical patients nursing care ability increased to 86.5% and 82.6%.Conclusions It is effective to use the ICU rotation training in the promotion of supervisor nurse .%目的:探讨ICU轮转培训在晋升主管护师的护士院内培训中的方法及成效。方法制定ICU轮转培训目标、内容及采用导师制带教,对52名晋升主管护师进行为期3个月的理论和临床实践的培训,比较轮转培训前后理论、操作考核成绩。运用问卷调查法了解晋升主管护师对ICU轮转培训效果评价。结果52名晋升主管护师轮转培训后理论考核成绩为(92.52±3.16)分,优于轮转培训前的(75.36±8.51)分;培训后操作技能考核成绩(95.02±2.43)分,优于轮转培训前的(86.17±4.95)分,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.261,2.937;P<0.05)。晋升主管护师轮转培训后各方面能力自评结果调查显示,临床思维、团队合作、沟通交流能力、危重护理书写能力、危重患者护理能力均有提高,其中提高较大的为危重护理书写能力(86.5%)和危重患者护理能力(82.6%)。结论 ICU轮转培训可成为晋升主管护师院内培训的有效途径之一。
