总结1例脑膜脑膨出伴垂体功能减退合并术后药物过敏患者的围术期护理。此例患者颅底缺损位置特殊，导致脑膜膨出累及鞍区，垂体功能减退，术后患者发生多种并发症，包括脑脊液鼻漏、颅内感染等，并发生临床罕见的羟乙基淀粉氯化钠溶液过敏、头孢曲松钠迟发过敏反应，致骶尾部形成固定性药疹。该患者术前护理工作的重点包括做好影像导航术前准备、注重患者心理护理、调整和控制患者垂体功能低下的状况；术后护理工作重点包括严密监测生命体征、加强颅脑症状的观察与处理、骶尾部皮肤的护理、注重眼部症状的观察，通过有效的治疗和护理，患者恢复良好，于术后27 d顺利出院。%To summarize the perioperative nursing of a patient with encephalomeningocele and hypopituitarism who had drug allergy after surgery. The defect location of skull base in this patient was exceptional, which led to the encephalomeningocele involving the seller region with hypopituitarism. The patient had a variety of complications after surgery, including cerebrospinal rhinorrhea and intracranial infection; the patient also had rare drug allergies such as hydroxyethyl starch solution and ceftriaxone delayed allergic reaction, which led to sacrococcygeal fixed drug eruption in patient. The focus of patient′s preoperative nursing work included computer-assisted preparation, psychological nursing, regulation and control of pituitary hypofunction;the postoperative nursing work focused on monitoring vital signs, observing brain symptoms, nursing sacral tail skin, and observing ocular symptoms. Through effective treatment and nursing, the patient recovered well, and was discharged 27 days after surgery.
