人口学特征对专科护生健康促进生活方式的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influences of different demographic characteristics on health-promoting lifestyle of junior college nursing students so as to provide references for carrying out activities on health-promoting among nursing students.Methods A total of 436 nursing students from Anhui Medical College were investigated with the general information questionnaire and health-promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ(HPL-Ⅱ) from March 201 4 to May 201 4.Results The total score of HPL-Ⅱamong junior college students was (76.61 ± 1 3.49)with the highest average score for the dimension of self-realization,followed by occupational safety, balanced diet,interpersonal relation,and with the lowest score for sports health.There were statistically significant differences in the score of HPL-Ⅱamong different habitation form,whether their parents were divorced, education degree and occupation of their mothers (P <0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the dimension of self-realization among different grades,education degree and occupation of their fathers (P <0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the dimension of occupational safety among different grades, habitation form (P <0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the dimension of sports health and balanced diet among different registered permanent residence for family,habitation form,education degree of their mothers (P <0.05 );there were statistically significant differences in the dimension of interpersonal relation among whether their parents were divorced,habitation form (P <0.05 ).Conclusions The overall level of health-promoting lifestyle in junior college nursing students is low,and its influencing factors include different habitation form,their parents divorced or not,occupation of their mothers.Teachers should take appropriate measures to improve the level of health-promoting lifestyle among nursing students.%目的:探讨人口学特征对专科护生健康促进生活方式的影响,为开展护生健康促进活动提供依据。方法采用一般资料收集表和健康促进生活方式问卷于2014年3月—2014年5月调查安徽医学高等专科学校护理专业护生436名。结果专科护生健康促进生活方式总分为(76.61±13.49)分,各维度条目平均分以自我实现最高,其次是职业安全、均衡饮食、人际关系,运动保健得分最低;居住形式、父母是否离异、母亲的文化程度和职业不同的专科护生健康促进生活方式总量表得分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);年级、父亲文化程度、父亲职业在“自我实现”维度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);年级、居住形式在“职业安全”维度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);家庭户口所在地、居住形式、母亲文化程度在“运动保健”“均衡饮食”维度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);父母是否离异、居住形式在“人际关系”维度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论专科护生健康促进生活方式总体水平较低,不同居住形式、父母是否离异、母亲职业是影响护生健康促进生活方式的因素,带教老师应针对此因素采取相应的措施,以提高护生的健康促进生活方式水平。
