目的：探讨集束化护理干预对1型糖尿病患者不良情绪及生存质量的影响。方法选取73例1型糖尿病患者随机分成干预组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，干预组实施常规护理同时实施集束化护理干预，比较两组患者出院3个月后焦虑与抑郁程度及生存质量水平。结果干预前两组焦虑与抑郁自评量表得分、生存质量总得分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后，干预组抑郁、焦虑得分明显低于对照组，干预组生存质量得分及各维度除生理功能得分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论集束干预可提高患者的生存质量，降低不良情绪，可进一步在临床推广。%Objective To explore the effects of cluster nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in type 1 diabetes. Methods The study investigated 73 patients with type 1 diabetes and the participants were divided into two groups. The patients of control group received normal nursing care and the patients of intervention group received cluster nursing based on the normal care. The level of anxiety and depression as well as the quality of life were compared at three months after discharged from hospital between two groups. Results Before the intervention, the total score and each dimensions′ of negative emotions and quality of life had no statistical differences (P>0. 05). After the intervention, however, the scores of negative emotions in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the total score and each dimensions′ of the quality of life except physiological function dimension of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions The cluster nursing has the capacity to improve patients′quality of life and to reduce the negative emotion, so it can be developed in clinical practice.
