Roy适应模式对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者耻辱感及生存质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨Roy适应模式护理方法对乳腺癌患者术后生存质量和耻辱感的影响.方法 将120例乳腺癌术后患者采用随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均60例,对照组患者按常规方法进行护理,实验组患者除接受常规护理外,还应用Roy适应模式护理方法进行护理.采用Stewart生存质量评分、里克特测量工具(Likert scale)对两组患者生存质量和耻辱感进行调查.结果 护理后,实验组患者生存质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组耻辱感评分为(1.28±0.47)分,低于对照组的(3.08±0.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Roy适应模式护理方法能够提高乳腺癌患者术后生存质量,降低其耻辱感,对术后乳腺癌患者的康复有积极的促进作用.%Objective To explore the effects of Roy adaptation model on the humiliation and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy.Methods Totally 120 patients with breast cancer who received radical mastectomy were equally divided into an experiment group and a control group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while the patients in the experiment group were treated with the Roy adaptation model in addition to conventional nursing. Their quality of life and humiliation were then measured with the Stewart living quality scale and the Likert scale.Results After the nursing, the patients in the experiment group had better quality of life than the patients in the control group (P<0.05); the humiliation score of the patients in the experiment group was (1.28±0.47), lower than that of the patients in the control group (P<0.05), which was (3.08±0.16).Conclusions Nursing of the Roy adaptation model can improve the quality of life in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy and reduce their humiliation, thus playing a positive role in their rehabilitation.
