产科出血及容量复苏快速估算转盘的研制与应用

摘要

为保障临床医务人员在有限的时间内准确估计失血量及其严重程度,并快速实施合理的液体治疗方案及动态评估相应的监测指标,笔者所在科室自行研制了产科出血及容量复苏快速估算转盘,并应用于产科出血急性期出血量的快速评估及容量复苏,有效地提高了医务人员评估的准确率及液体复苏的合格率.%To ensure that medical staff can accurately estimate the blood loss and its severity in limited time, quickly implement reasonable fluid treatment plan and provide dynamic assessment for corresponding monitoring indexes, the department which the author was in developed a turntable for quick estimation in hemorrhage and volume resuscitation by itself. And then, it was used to quickly estimate the amount of bleeding in an acute stage of obstetric hemorrhage and used in volume resuscitation. It effectively improved the accuracy rate of assessment and the qualified rate of fluid resuscitation in medical staff.
