目的 对穴位敷贴的临床护理应用状况进行文献计量学分析.方法 计算机检索2000—2014年中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)和万方数据库有关穴位敷贴临床护理应用文献,对其每年发文量、期刊分布、作者所在地区和单位、合著率、被引频次、基金资助情况、疾病分布进行统计分析.结果 共纳入文献906篇,其文献量自2006年开始呈增长态势;第一作者分布30个地区,排名前4位的广东、江苏、浙江、湖北共发文424篇,占46.8%;作者单位以中医院为主,占69.0%;文献合著506篇,占55.8%;被引频次9次以上的102篇,占11.3%;基金资助82篇,占9.1%,以广东、浙江、江苏、广西4省居多;穴位敷贴主要应用于哮喘、术后护理、肿瘤等方面.结论 穴位敷贴临床应用主要集中在哮喘、术后护理、肿瘤等领域,其文献量呈增长态势;但文献影响力偏低,基金投入不足,团队合作有待增强.%Objective To explore the application of acupoint sticking in clinical practice by bibliometric analysis.Methods Based on CNKI and Wanfang databases, searching the literature related to the clinical nursing application of acupoint sticking published from 2000 to 2014. Analysing the annual amount of published papers, journal distribution, places and units of the author, the cooperation rate, citation frequency, fund situation, and disease distribution.Results A total of 906 pieces of work were included in our study. The amount of the literature had a significant growth since 2006. The first author was from 30 regions of China. The top 4 productive provinces included Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Hubei, where contributed to 46.8%(424/906) published papers. 69.0% authors worked in TCM hospitals; 55.8%(506/906) were co-author; 11.3%(102/906) were cited more than nine times; 9.1%(82/906) had fund support, and most of them were from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Guangxi. The acupoint sticking was mostly applied to asthma, postoperative care, and cancer therapy.Conclusions The acupoint sticking is mainly used in asthma, postoperative care, and cancer treatment. Despite an increasing amount of the literature, the published papers tend to have low impact factors, limited fund support, and insufficient cooperation.
