信息支持对心脏外科择期手术患者家属手术等候期影响的研究进展

摘要

本文对患者家属手术等候期的信息支持基本概念做了界定,综述了心脏外科择期手术患者家属手术等候期信息支持的重要性、手术患者家属手术等候期的心理特点及目前工作中存在的问题,对如何在手术等候期提供信息支持,提升医患沟通,降低患者家属等候期焦虑给出了建议.%This paper defines the basic concepts of information support during the operation waiting period for family members, and reviews the importance of information support during waiting period in patient family. In addition, the psychological characteristics and requirements of the families waiting for surgery during cardiac surgery are expounded, and the existing problems in the current work are analyzed. Based on this, it gives suggestions on how to provide information support during the surgical waiting period, so as to enhance communication between doctors and patients, and reduce anxiety during the waiting period of the family members.
